When in France we visited an ecovillage like no others. It was the mix of people that got us first. Mostly artists (you could learn how to make sculptures) but also street jugglers, farmers, musicians.
It was hard to connect to people in a way that would allow us to film without shame. It took a while to feel accepted with our cameras but as people we felt welcomed since the first hour we spent there.
In this interview we asked one of the owner of the land what’s his purpose of life.

In Francia abbiamo visitato un ecovillaggio come nessun altro. È stata la varietà di persone a colpirci per prima cosa.
La comunità è abitata principalmente da artisti (si insegna anche a realizzare sculture di pietra) ma anche giocolieri, contadini, musicisti.
È stato difficile farci accettare in modo da poter filmare senza vergogna. Ci è voluto un po’ perché le nostre videocamere potessero girare senza infastidire nessuno ma in qualità di individui ci hanno accettato fin dal primo momento.
In questa intervista abbiamo chiesto a Zazu, uno dei proprietari dello spazio in cui la comunità sorge, qual’è per lui lo scopo della vita.
